When we hire, this is who we'll look for

Engineers

• You've shipped software for regulated industries before. Healthcare, finance, construction, energy, anywhere the audit trail matters.
• You're comfortable owning a feature from database schema to mobile UI. Generalist beats specialist for our stage.
• You think compliance work is interesting, not boring.

Customer success and implementation

• You've worked in or alongside an abatement, demolition, environmental, or general construction shop. You know what a daily JHA is without us having to explain it.
• You're patient with non-technical users.
• You think "the customer is wrong" is almost always wrong.

Sales

• You've sold software to small and mid-size construction businesses. You know the buying cycle and the gatekeepers.
• You can read a Statement of Work and a certificate of insurance without help.
• You don't run high-pressure pipeline games. Our customers can smell that from a mile away.

How we work

• Remote-first. The cofounders are in Massachusetts; we'd hire anywhere in the continental US.
• Small team, short meetings, decisions made by the people doing the work.
• We pay market rates. We don't have stock options to dangle yet.
