Worker credentials, finally in one place.

The fit test from last December. The supervisor card that renewed in March. The HAZWOPER 8-hour from two weeks ago. All tracked, all auditable.

The workers list at a glance. Compliance status is a chip per worker.

What it does

Every worker in Nexus has a profile. The profile holds every credential they carry: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, asbestos worker accreditation, asbestos supervisor accreditation, EPA RRP renovator, HAZWOPER 40-hour and 8-hour refresher, lead-safe certification, equipment operator cards, CPR, first aid, state-issued contractor or supervisor licenses, and the medical and respirator paperwork that goes with them.

Each credential has an issue date, an expiration date, the issuing body, the training provider (where applicable), and a scanned copy of the document. When a credential is approaching expiration the worker surfaces on the Expiring dashboard. When it lapses, the worker is blocked from being assigned to projects that require it.

How it works

  1. Add a worker, either one at a time or by importing from the provided spreadsheet template.
  2. Upload credentials, either by hand-entering the data or by uploading a PDF or image of the cert. Nexus's document parsing will extract the expiration date and issuing body for you to confirm.
  3. Set project requirements. Per project, choose which credential types are required for crew assignment.
  4. Assign crews. Workers who lack a required credential can't be assigned. The system tells you exactly what's missing.
