Feature
Projects that carry compliance as a first-class part of the record.
A Nexus project is the site information, the permits, the crew assignment, the daily forms, the photos, and the closeout package, in one place.
Project status
A project moves through five statuses: bidding, active, punch list, closed, and archived. The fields that matter for each phase live on the same record, so a project record is the same record whether you're estimating, mid-job, or pulling a closeout package three years later.
The fields a project carries
- Site address with map and the building information (year built, type, square footage, occupancy).
- Owner, general contractor, and other project parties.
- Project type (Class I-IV abatement, full demo, selective demo, lead RRP, mold, environmental).
- Permit register with notification numbers, issue dates, expirations, and NESHAP status.
- Crew roster with role assignment.
- Required credentials (set per project) that the assignment workflow enforces.
- Daily logs, JHA records, daily reports, and incident reports filed during the job.
- Photo timeline with timestamps.
- Timesheets and per-worker time records.
- Insurance and lien information (CG-2010 endorsement, additional insureds, lien deadlines).
Closeout
When the project closes, Nexus compiles a closeout PDF from the project's daily logs, JHA records, daily reports, permits, photos, and crew credentials. You choose which sections to include. The file lands as a single signed PDF you can hand to the owner or store in the archive.
