How it works per worker
Each worker's profile carries a language preference. The app loads in that language on their device. The supervisor and office team see the form data in whatever language they have set, with the worker's original input (signatures, free-text notes) preserved verbatim.
What's translated
- Field workflows: daily forms, time punches, JHA hazard rows and acknowledgments, project lookups.
- Navigation, settings, and worker-facing screens.
- System messages, alerts, and error states.
Why we did it
Asbestos and demolition crews are heavily Spanish-speaking in much of the country and Russian-speaking in pockets of the Northeast. A safety form a worker can't read is a safety form they can't follow. OSHA expects training to be in a language the worker understands; the same should be true of every form they're asked to sign.
